Skyport Tycoon lets you plan runways, terminals and passenger flow, and the satisfaction comes from watching a smooth-running airport hum along. It's a management sim that eases you in gently, so you're never buried in spreadsheets.

The pacing is relaxed and you can leave it running in the background of your day. Progression through bigger airports gives you a steady stream of new toys to place. It gets a touch repetitive once you've seen the systems, and I wish there were more curveball events to react to. Still, it's a comfy game to tinker with.
